James Woods is the ultimate washed-up Hollywood MAGA pick-me. Talk about a political hypochondriac! He was the initial inspiration for this blog. He has reached a point where he doesn’t have anything else to talk about except anything PRO-MAGA or anti-MAGA.
He is the perfect example of someone trapped in a Twilight Zone echo chamber, lacking the capacity to think and view things objectively. Woods is the poster child of media illiteracy, which is ironic considering his nearly seven-decade career has been in the media. I don’t think he can distinguish between news and memes.
Who exactly is James Woods? Before his career as a disinformation agent, he was a highly accomplished actor who appeared in numerous top-notch films. His notable works include:
-
Once Upon a Time in America (1984)
-
Salvador (1986)
The Specialist (1994) - I thought he was kind of attractive in that movie.
-
Casino (1995)
-
Nixon (1995)
-
Ghosts of Mississippi (1996)
-
Hercules (1997) – voice of Hades
-
The Virgin Suicides (1999)
He’s been blacklisted for about a decade now, mainly for his ultra right-wing political views and being extremely hard to work with. He also harbors a deep hatred for Hillary Clinton (I don’t have an issue with that), but he is blinded by the hatred.
Russia’s interference in the 2016 election is a fact. Yet Woods will keep spinning his spin because he knows it will lead to engagement.
Russian Interference: A Documented Reality
Contrary to his assertions, multiple reputable sources have confirmed this interference:
Woods claimed that conservatives have “no chance” of a career in Hollywood if they are outspoken. That’s a load of bologna. Dennis Quaid is a conservative—a Trump supporter—and he continues to make films. (I'm still confused how and why he was in the movie The Substance).
Woods is one of the most oxymoronic morons out there. Peddling his conservative values, his stance on valuing life, except when it comes to women. Let’s talk about the growing age gap between him and the women he dates as he gets older.
Yeah—he has his #MeToo movement issues too. In 2017, actress Amber Tamblyn accused Woods of attempting to pick her up when she was 16, inviting her and her friend to Las Vegas. Woods denied the allegations, but Tamblyn responded with an open letter detailing her experience and highlighting the broader issue of disbelieving women’s testimonies.
Let’s talk about him calling women straight up bitches if they disagree with him. Let’s talk about his gift of dishing it out, but not being able to take it.In a 2019 article, it was noted that Woods went on a Twitter binge of misogyny, attacking various women online.
Despite his claims of being blacklisted, Woods was credited as an executive producer on the Oscar-winning film Oppenheimer (2023). However, he stated that he was advised to keep quiet about his involvement due to his political support for Donald Trump.
